The World Passenger Festival is a unique event bringing transport leaders together to discuss the technologies, strategies and opportunities which can encourage a return to public and shared transport usage. The conference will take place in Amsterdam on 5. and 6. October.

Focused on commercial and customer facing areas, the Festival brings together international leaders to discuss critical areas of development across revenue management, digital, ticketing, integrated mobility, distribution, customer experience, payments and digital sales as well as industry wide trends and challenges.

The World Passenger Festival has important and timely topics at the forefront of the agenda. 2021 will focus on the recovery from Covid-19, the urgency of creating a sustainable transport landscape and the role technology and innovation can have in shaping a strong future for public transport.

EPF (Freek Bos, reizigersvereniging Rover; Josef Schneider, chairman EPF and Delphine Grandsart, senior researcher at EPF), will be represented in several sessions.
