We are pleased to invite you to register for and attend the 23rd Conference of the European Passengers’ Federation, bringing together policymakers, industry representatives, passenger organisations and other stakeholders to exchange views on the future of passenger mobility in Europe.

This year’s conference will take place on 5-6 June 2026 in Maastricht, the Netherlands, at the Gouvernement aan de Maas (Provincial House of Limburg), and is organised by EPF member organisation Reizigersvereniging Rover.

EPF is currently co-writing the Maastricht Manifesto together with EDF and BEUC. The manifesto will be presented during the conference and sets out a shared call for stronger, more consistent structural funding for sustainable mobility at all levels: local, regional, cross-border and international. It also calls for public transport to become a more appealing, user-friendly, inclusive, accessible and seamless system. It will be formally endorsed in the historic Statenzaal, the same venue where the Treaty of Maastricht was signed in 1992.

We are pleased to welcome confirmed speakers, including:

  • Annet Bertram, Dutch State Secretary for Infrastructure and Water Management;
  • Jasper Kuntzelaers, Deputy for Culture and Heritage, Mobility, and Agriculture for the Province of Limburg;
