The IMPACTS project invites you to take part in a survey!

IMPACTS, a one-year project supported by EIT Urban Mobility, is testing the introduction of feedback mechanisms amongst users of public transport systems to jointly strengthen safety, enable mutual support and improve the urban environment. The project aims to foster trust and empower passengers to report issues that make them feel insecure while using public transport.

To this end, IMPACTS will implement a socio-technical tool to facilitate online and offline connectivity amongst passengers. The project will develop two main outputs:

  1. An app that enables passengers to connect with each other, and to offer and receive support. The app will also allow passengers to easily report issues within transportation and the urban space.
  2. A dashboard that allows cities and transport providers to receive aggregated insights regarding passenger reports and allows them to utilize new feedback channels.

We invite you to help shape the project’s direction by taking part in an online survey about perceptions of safety in public transport. The survey will take about 10 minutes to fill in and all responses will remain anonymous.

Take part in the survey here.
