November 2019), EPF presented its views on <strong>how to involve end-users in the creation of inclusive mobility services<\/strong>. The <a href=\"https:\/\/hireach-project.eu\/content\/concept\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HiReach<\/a>\u00a0project was highlighted as a good example.<\/p>\n<p><strong>User-centered design is vital for developing customized mobility solutions with enhanced chances for success. <\/strong>Although engaging end-users and stakeholders is, in general, very rewarding, it can be challenging. E.g. it can be time-consuming, the created ideas aren\u2019t always feasible and it can be difficult to reconcile the expectations of all stakeholders.
